Research - Analysis of access routes to/ from the active sites of human cytochromes P450

The analysis of access routes to/ from the active sites of human cytochromes P450 lies in the accurate detection of amino acid resdues of the input channels and an evaluation of their functions and mutual cooperation.

This paper presents the result, data and hypothesis for development of the research of unique enzymes such as cytochrome P450 metabolizers of first phase metabolism of drugs and other xenobiotics. It also highlights the importance of studying the microscopic environment to understand the phenomena with macroscopic manifestation.
